21 days no fast food, no soda, no juice, no candy, no chips, nothing good 1 cheat day per week = 10 pounds and a very happy girl. To bad for me all the people bought up the jordan’s!!! I am sad but I am happy I did what I did. I did have 2 extra cheat days, 1brownie 5 pieces of candy, & 2 diet cokes. I did that and saw a difference in the scale. I didn’t have any fastfood. It was hard, I even bought it for someone and didn’t eat it. I weigh in at 182.4 lost 1 inch in my tummy. Thanks for all your encouragement, I still have 17 more pounds to go, but I feel good!!
